I had a great time completing the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Strategy Consulting Virtual Experience Program & following are my practical learnings from this-
1. Market research before starting any project to understand the client, the industry & all relevant markets
2. Stating hypothesis & finding relevant information, and data to support it
3. Presenting summary of findings as per the Minto Pyramid Principle
4. How to carry out the financial modeling & sensitivity analysis using excel
5. Brainstorming and shortlisting criteria that customers may use & deciding the customer segment by analyzing customer survey
6. Synthesizing project information for client communication using "Top-down" or Pyramid fashion
7. Importance of considering concerns/objections of specific stakeholders, client-internal organizational dynamics & project & client relation history when sharing project results
